Might find some jokes but the rules are real.

Failed scenes: automatic

If a scene fails, times out, or the model refuses it, its credits come back to your balance on their own. You do not have to ask. You do not even have to notice.

Unused packs: 14 days

If you bought a credit pack and have not spent any of its credits, you can get your money back within 14 days of buying it. Ask through the Contact page with your account email and the purchase date.

Spent credits

Credits already spent on scenes that were made are not refundable: we paid the video model to make them the moment you approved. "The AI made my mascot look like a potato" is art, not a defect. It is a very good potato.

If something was technically broken (a finished video that will not play or download, a charge that looks wrong), tell us and we will fix it, rerun it, or refund it.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A dispute takes the purchase's credits back off your balance while it is open, and it is slower for everyone.
