Terms of Service

Updated October 15, 2026. We are legally required to have this page. We read it once. You will not. Here it is anyway.

Might find some jokes but the rules are real. By using slop/acc you agree to everything below.

Who we are

slop/acc is run by slop/acc inc., headquartered in Accelerate Land. "We" means us. "You" means you, the person currently scrolling past this.

What slop/acc does

You give us pictures and a song, we have AI video models turn them into a music video where your character sings. It is slop. It is premium slop. You knew that coming in.

Your account

• You sign in with a code we email you. One account per person, and you must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live).
• Your sign-in key is like a password. Anyone who has it can spend your credits. Do not post it on X. We will see it. We will judge you.

Credits and prices

• Credits are prepaid. 1 credit = US$0.01 at pack prices. Video costs 20 credits per generated second, reference pictures included.
• Before anything is made you see the exact price, and nothing is spent until you approve it. An approved price never changes.
• Scenes that fail or that the model refuses are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Credits do not expire. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and are only good on slop/acc. Refunds of money are covered on the Refunds page.
• Messages to the director (the chat) use a small amount of credit, shown under each reply.

Your stuff

• You keep the rights you have in what you upload and what you make. You let us store it, process it, and send it to our video and AI providers so we can make your videos. That is the whole deal.
• You promise you own or have permission for every picture, song and face you upload, and that everyone recognisable agreed to appear. (You also accept our rights statement before your first upload; it says the same thing, more seriously.)

Things you cannot do

This is the part where we pretend people will not try. They will try.

• No sexual content involving minors. Ever. We report it.
• No using a real person's face or voice to harass, sexualise, deceive or impersonate them.
• No content that is illegal where you or they live, and no uploading music or footage you have no right to use.
• No attacking, overloading, scraping or reverse-engineering the service, and no reselling it without asking.

We may refuse, remove, or stop making anything that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that do. Our providers run their own moderation too; when they refuse a scene, you get its credits back.

AI is AI

Results are generated by AI models and can be weird, wrong, or occasionally cursed. Videos you post are yours to label as AI-generated where a platform asks you to (TikTok, YouTube and Instagram all do).

No promises, limited liability

The service is provided as is. We try hard, but we do not promise it is always available or that every video comes out perfect. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be removed.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use slop/acc means you accept the new version. You can stop using slop/acc anytime and ask us to delete your account (see Privacy). We may close accounts that break these terms.
